As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, you will :
- Assist with typing and distribution of memos and meeting agendas.
- Process mail, as assigned.
- Data Entry, as assigned.
- Process, track and log criminal history checks.
- Assist with scheduling, as assigned.
- Track PTO requests, as assigned.
- Update employee lists with changes, re : address or phone number.
- Compile and document required information for the Daily and Wednesday Report.
- Reconciliation of Timesheets and Mileage Reports for In-house and Field Staff.
- Ensure attendant employee files have all required paperwork completed correctly, as assigned.
- Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies as necessary including required hire packet forms.
- Work Mass Termination Reconciliation Report, as assigned.
- Assist Director with working monthly reports.
- Work status reports twice monthly, as assigned.
- Work Social Security report every six (6) months, as assigned.
- Maintain Personnel Records, as assigned.
- Work HMO Authorizations, as assigned.
- Perform duties of CLASS including updating Spreadsheets.
