The IAM PROGRAM MANAGER is a key member of the Identity & Access Management team and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Identity and Access Management initiatives, projects and resources across the enterprise. The IAM Program Manager is also responsible for the continued development of the IAM program roadmap and metrics.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, strong project / program management skills, and familiarity with implementing IAM solutions in a regulated business environment. The IAM Program Manager must be highly knowledgeable about the business and technical infrastructure environment and must ensure that information systems are proactively deployed in a fully functional, compliant mode.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities :
- Deliver IAM initiatives and projects according to approved scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Identify risks and issues related to IAM initiatives and projects and drive resolution and / or escalation.
- Track, report and communicate IAM project / program status with key stakeholders and Management
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to IAM program, roadmap and templates.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess near and long-term IAM needs.
