Production Support Associate:
O-AT-KA is a dairy cooperative dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Associate to support the manufacturing plant's total quality focus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GFSI initiatives, customer specifications, HACCP, and GMP requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GFSI initiatives, customer specifications, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of quality systems, food safety policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular line processing checks on packaging lines and collect line samples for testing.
- Communicate effectively with production and lab personnel to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in area pre-ops, post-cleaning, and master sanitation checks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in investigations, including customer, root cause, and internal auditing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Glass-Plastic, and other regulatory requirements through internal audits and document reviews.
- Input repair orders and follow up on their completion as needed.
- Coordinate HOLDS, paperwork, Ross transactions, and email communications to ensure product segregation and timely resolution.
- Review re-work from holds prior to release and pull ingredients samples/run testing for product identity.
- Maintain accurate records of environmental monitoring temperatures and humidity levels.
