O Bee Credit Union is looking for an MSR I to work at our Tumwater Branch. This position will provide basic financial services to members including teller, loan services, and business development. Works toward and assists in the positive image and growth of the credit union by providing world class member service as defined by net promoter scores. Our organization is deeply rooted in the communities that we serve. Teams volunteer at community events including parades, beer festivals, and music events. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of high paced high quality member service experience
- At least 1 year of cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to communicate in writing.
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include Saturday at some branches.
- Knowledge of basic computer software products.
