Genesis of Bloomington-Normal is seeking a Facility Coordinator to maintain a pristine dealership property. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all vehicles on the showroom floor, parking lot and the parking
lot itself are well-maintained. Ensure all vehicles are in excellent working condition and clean for
effective merchandising to customers.
Maintaining a pristine showroom through general maintenance and cleanliness.
Ensures cars are ready for delivery by cleaning and prepping vehicles and making sure all needed items are in
the vehicle.
Daily lot duties include cleaning the lot of debris, making sure the lot and around the building is customer ready
and rearranging or organizing cars for the best client view.
Occasionally required to clean cars to an exceptional standard, this includes both the exterior and interior of the
vehicle.
Works with service porter when needed to ensure the satisfaction of our sales and service clients.
Works with transporter to check in vehicles- this is to be done in any weather.
Runs errands, delivers and picks up miscellaneous items for GM or other managers.
Help aid and support new vehicle sales by cultivating relationships with the sales team.
All other duties assigned by GSM or SM
Is respectful and professional in appearance, language, grooming, and all relationships with the team, clients
and outside vendors.
Good work ethic and willingness to perform various duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Valid Illinois Driver’s License
Excellent, spotless driving record (no speeding tickets, DUI convictions, moving violations, etc.)
Excellent verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external
customers
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions
given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
High school diploma or GED required.
Environmental and Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other
federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and
local standards.
Sitting, standing, talking, walking, hearing/listening, bending, stooping, reaching are all physical requirements of
the job.
Ability to work in all weather conditions, be subject to extreme cold and extreme heat while performing the job.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

OAT team members are eligible to participate in the OAT 401K Retirement Program
after they are 21 years of age and have worked for OAT for a minimum of 6 months.
OAT matches employee contributions up to $500.00 per year.
Enrollment is 2 times per year. Once you qualify for the Retirement Plan, you
must wait until there is an open enrollment to participate.
Unless an employee chooses to opt out, once you are eligible, you will be enrolled at a 3% per
paycheck salary contribution.
Vacation
All full time O’Brien Auto Team employees begin with 1 week vacation time. Vacation is

PTO (Personal Time Off)
PTO is earned at a rate of 2 hours per full calendar month worked for a total of 4 PTO
days per year. Please see the OAT Employee Handbook for specific details. PTO
accrual begins after 90 days of employment.
Part Time Employee Paid Time Off
All part time employees will accrue .77 hours of paid time off for every week worked.
Time is available for use after 90 days of employment. Policy details are available in
BambooHR.
Paid Holidays
Full time Team members who have worked a minimum of 90 days are eligible for
holiday pay per the employee handbook.
