What You’ll Do
- Connect with Customers: Build rapport through friendly, knowledgeable service in person, by phone, or via digital channels.
- Guide the Buying Process: Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicles, financing options, and services.
- Showcase Vehicles: Demonstrate key features and benefits through test drives, walkarounds, and hands-on presentations.
- Close Deals: Confidently guide customers through the sales process — from negotiation to signing and delivery.
- Follow Up: Maintain relationships with previous buyers, suggest trade-ins, and drive referrals through exceptional service.
- Stay Informed: Understand vehicle specs, pricing, warranties, and promotions. Keep up with new inventory and competitive models.
- Support Dealership Success: Maintain a clean, professional showroom and lot. Help with events, campaigns, and community outreach.
- Stay Organized: Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, complete paperwork, and submit reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re open to motivated individuals from other industries (retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're a great listener, a confident speaker, and a natural networker.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hitting goals.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs, speeding, or moving violations).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to stand, walk, and interact with customers for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate dealership lots safely.
