We are looking for a full-time Fire Protection Engineer with the following experience and expertise :
- Code Appliance :
Interpret and apply federal, state, and local fire protection codes and regulations to ensure compliance in the design and construction of buildings and facilities.
Design and develop fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, smoke control systems, and other related systems.
Review architectural and engineering plans to assess fire protection features, identify potential hazards, and recommend necessary modifications for compliance.
Assist in the development and review of emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and other measures to enhance life safety during fire incidents.
Collaborate with architects, other engineers, and project managers to integrate fire protection measures seamlessly into building designs and construction projects.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation related to fire protection systems and compliance efforts.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the installation and implementation of fire protection systems meet the approved plans and standards.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Ensure that all fire protection engineering work complies with quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Communicate with clients, government officials, and project stakeholders to address inquiries, provide technical expertise, and ensure project goals are met.
