O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center is seeking candidates to join our team as an Office Manager.

  • Performance Based Annual Bonus Plan ( Up to $1,000 sometimes more!!!)
  • Attendance Bonus on every hour worked paid out quarterly ( additional $1.00 per hour added to hourly rate based on attendance etc)

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain all employee personnel files
  • Complete onboarding for new staff members
  • Process and submit payroll
  • Employee Record keeping
  • Answer phones and direct all calls and visitors to the facility
  • Process monthly invoicing for resident accounts
  • Process inquiries for residency

Office Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Secretarial Experience
  • Previous Supervision Experience
  • Experience with basic office equipment
  • 6 months experience in Long Term Care preferred
