O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center is seeking candidates to join our team as an Office Manager.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain all employee personnel files
- Complete onboarding for new staff members
- Process and submit payroll
- Employee Record keeping
- Answer phones and direct all calls and visitors to the facility
- Process monthly invoicing for resident accounts
- Process inquiries for residency
Office Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Secretarial Experience
- Previous Supervision Experience
- Experience with basic office equipment
- 6 months experience in Long Term Care preferred
