Duties
- Answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with staff
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.
- Using a computer daily in order to fulfull the position duties.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of office software applications, particularly Microsoft 365, Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records.
- Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
