Job description :
As part of our creative strategy team, you will assume a broad range of responsibilities to support client creative work including creative strategy and creative project management that drives culture building and employee engagement at some of the biggest companies and brands in the world.
Responsibilities :
- Strong in client relationship management; confidently engages in all interactions, knows what questions to ask, listens carefully, and guides the client with smart / strategic recommendations.
- Key contact and liaison between the client and the creative team; initiates direct communication, represents the client's needs and views, ensures client expectations are set and met.
- Monitors and facilitates the work of design, copy and creative operations teams to meet the objectives and deadlines for each client project.
- Plans, leads and follows up on all client interactions (discoveries, creative presentations, feedback sessions and ongoing consulting).
- Researches, internalizes and utilizes insights / learnings to develop compelling and detailed creative briefs and communication plans for clients.
- Strong understanding of creative project management best practices, methodologies and principles.
- Manages the scope, schedule / deadlines and budget for each assigned client.
- Oversees project initiation, discovery, creative strategy, creative development and delivery for each assigned client as needed.
- Simultaneously manages many projects with varying requirements and complexity.
- Resolves problems and ensures clients receive high quality delivery and service.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills; keen attention to detail.
