Position Overview :
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Local Solutions Team . This role ensures clear communication on global standards and creates efficient processes for custom awards. The candidate will establish processes across multiple departments and communicate these processes globally. Once established, they will work with international buyers and local suppliers to produce products, run tests, and ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Consistent Communication on Global Capabilities and Standards :
Define and communicate the range of offerings for international custom awards.
Establish and document minimum order quantities by country.
Maintain and store standards for easy reference by marketing and sales teams.
Creating Scalable Processes for Custom Awards :
Develop and implement processes for introducing new capabilities.
Establish global supply chain requirements for vendors and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Supporting Our Supply Chain Leaders as We Expand :
Provide resources and support during the initial setup phases in new regions.
Ensure consistency and maintain high standards across all regions, supporting supply chain leaders in their efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in supply chain management and process improvement.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in international business and understanding of global supply chain dynamics.
Skills :
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SAP
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
