- Set up and break down dish machine, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
- Wash and store all dishes, small wares, and glasses, adhering to O'Charley's procedures.
- Check trash for silverware, ramekins, etc., and remove it from the dishroom, sanitizing garbage cans in the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom and detergent storage area, working to keep floors dry.
- Collaborate with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen area and efficient food service.
