What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Concierge position at O'Connell Law Group?
We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and caring individual to join our team as a Client Concierge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our estate administration clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. If you are detail oriented and self-motivated, this role just may be for you! This is a fully remote, Monday-Friday position working 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment scheduling and coordination.
Collecting and organizing necessary documentation from clients.
Guiding clients through the estate administration process, providing clear and supportive assistance in a reassuring and compassionate manner.
Proactively reaching out to clients to schedule review appointments and stay up to date on their needs.
Collecting, organizing, and managing client documentation efficiently.
Answering and managing incoming calls for the estate administration department, providing accurate information and assistance.
Ensuring projects, client files and tasks are completed on schedule and efficiently at every level.
Ensuring all interactions are client-focused, demonstrating compassion, empathy and understanding.
Supporting legal assistants, attorneys and other Estate Administration staff as needed.
Preparing documents as needed by the other legal assistants and attorneys.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
A compassionate, empathetic, and caring demeanor.
Ability to learn and utilize various technology in a proficient manner.
Takes ownership of assignments and has pride in their work.
