Our progressive Architecture Team in Austin, Texas seeks talented Technical Architect. Technical Architects have a passion for designing Healthcare and Education environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO .
- Collaborate with project teams on education, healthcare, commercial and other project types to ensure technical resolution.
- Support project teams as needed with consultant coordination.
- Review contract documents at phases corresponding with our Quality Assurance plan, ensuring compliance with Code and company standards.
- Provide construction solutions for conditions discovered during Construction Administration.
- Assist with the development of design concepts through technical application and resolution, as well as guiding detail development.
- Develop and present enriching presentations for our multi-office Architecture Team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
Were looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, youll need
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Licensed in Texas preferred
- Deep technical knowledge of exterior envelope is a must
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Independent problem-solving
- Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple project support in a fast-paced design environment
- General knowledge of materials, products and systems relative to project types
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs, listed below
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
- An active learner who also enjoys teaching, coaching and mentoring others for skill and knowledge development
- Opportunity to Collaborate with in-house A/E/I teams across our three offices
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
- Other preferred knowledge: Revit, Newforma Project Center, and MS Office 365
