We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment across all company operations. This role requires proactive leadership with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
MSHA Certified TrainerBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, and construction environments.OSHA Certified TrainerIn-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Train and educate employees on safety practices, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of safety.Maintain and update safety records, documentation, and reports as required.Collaborate with management and employees to address safety concerns and improve overall safety performance.Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.Oversee emergency response planning and preparedness efforts.hc148231
