Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Manage projects from start to finish. Going out in getting your own leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C and B2B sales, excellent customer service skills, stake on task and have very good self discipline.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Door knocking in hail damaged areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. .
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and reports as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience for clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Excellent account management skills, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools for tracking leads and managing accounts.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective strategies.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or sales management is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
