Position Summary
As a Compliance Coordinator for O’Day Equipment, you will work to build and maintain a high level of customer service for O’Day Equipment customers. The Compliance Coordinator will work to solve our Customer’s Service compliance needs through dispatching, scheduling, paperwork completion, equipment and knowledge of state laws / requirements. The Compliance Coordinator will maintain our Service contract processes and will ensure the Compliance Technicians have everything they need to perform the required regulatory testing.

Activities
Service Contract Processes
Service Contract Setup in Signature Service systemWork with Sales team to produce quotes and site surveys
Keep customer equipment list up to date in customer accountsService Contracts are completed each yearSchedule Testing Technicians to efficiently complete contracts
Set up service calls in Schedule System
Schedule calendarAccountable for Efficient Scheduling and Dispatching of Testing TechniciansMaximize number of appointments in zonesSchedule a route to maximize testingSchedule by test type with seasonal changes into accountWork with CSR Department to schedule other TechniciansObtain and Review for accuracy all testing paperwork from TechniciansDisperse testing paperwork to proper state and / or customerArchive testing paperwork in O’Day systemFollow-up with customers on testing paperworkWork with customers on testing failures and next steps
Work with Sales, Service and Construction on failures and next stepsContract RenewalsVerify customer equipment and testing needs annually
Maintain “Wait List” for testing activities for Non-Contract customersKnowledge of State Laws and Regulatory requirements
Maintain list of regulatory testing requirements by state for petroleum equipmentMaintaining and keeping “Testing certifications” and continuing education for ALL TechniciansCertifications needed to perform service kept up to date
Maintaining Testing forms and documentationAccountable for Providing Outstanding Customer Service
Communicate with customers timely on testing scheduleCommunicate with state agencies on customer testingProvide complete, accurate, testing documentation is a timely mannerMaintain a positive attitudeTechnician Testing processes and procedures
Have knowledge of technician procedures to assist with holding them accountableWorking knowledge of MobileTech

Report any Testing fleet needsTrack Testing equipment by branch and technicianEnsure calls that are scheduled with available equipment
