Seeking an Office Assistant/Sales
We are looking for a candidate who, in addition to assisting with day-to-day operations in our store and office, has the opportunity to grow with the position. Starting as a part-time role, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Payment tracking, project tracking, and data entry for time billing. Must be proficient with a MacBook.
- Manage filing systems and computer directories.
- Handle phone communications and schedule office projects.
- Track and enter data accurately.
- Provide support for facilities management.
- Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and installations. Expedite processes and assist with installations when needed. Schedule and coordinate contractor work, including weekly status reporting.
