Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at O’DONNELL ELECTRIC, L.L.C in Whitmore Lake, MI. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with an experienced Project Manager, on various construction task, including communicating with the Management Team, and ensuring successful project completions.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology (examples: Submittals, CO's, AIA, RFI's)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, a plus
