What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Baseball Coach - Hitting position at O'Fallon Hoots?
The O'Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League are searching for an Assistant Coach for the 2025 season. This position will assist our Head Coach in working with hitters for the 2025 summer season. Here's what we're looking for:
- Instill confidence and carry a high level of professionalism
- Work with the coaching staff to create game plans prior to each game
- Serve as a base and bench coach
- Communicate with players and work to help them grow and develop
- Attend all home and road games
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
Compensation: $2,500 summer stipend
