O’Fallon Baseball Group, operators of CarShield Field, the O’Fallon Hoots of the Prospect League and the CarShield Collegiate League, are searching for a Director of Ticketing. We are operators of a 3,000 seat facility in O'Fallon, Missouri and are looking for a dynamic and outgoing person to lead our ticket sales efforts in 2025.
In the offseason, you will be tasked with selling large groups, season tickets and mini plans to businesses and individuals. You will receive continuous training and guidance from management to help hit your individual goals and for the team to hit overall revenue goals.

Here’s what we need:

- 1-3 Years of Ticket Sales Experience (Includes internship experience)
- Prior experience with a ticketing software is preferred, but not required (we use Glitnir)
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Reports directly to the General Manager
- Solicit group, mini plan and season tickets
- Sell hospitality and premium seating options
- Ensures Box Office runs smoothly and effectively
- Serve as point of contact to Glitnir to ensure all ticketed events are properly built and displayed online
- Develop theme tickets and promotional nights
- Develop new ticket plans to drive individual sales
- Hires, trains and mentors Ticket Department interns for Fall, Spring and Summer terms
- Any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Salary includes a commission structure on all cash sales, a generous PTO structure and a gym membership. Base salary is $30,000. A successful person in this role can earn over $40,000 in this role with salary and commission.
