Compensation for Teaching Positions are based on Appendix "A" of the Agreement between the Board of Education, O'Fallon Township High School District No. 203 and the O'Fallon Federation of Teachers, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269 (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Full-time teachers for the 2025-2026 School Year start out at $47,000. This is a part-time position. To be eligible for benefits under the CBA, a teacher must be employed at least 0.75 FTE.
