YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT
In this clerical position, you keep track of all the details related to customers, staff, and paperwork. Acting as the liaison between clients and our company, you answer emails and phone calls to schedule service appointments. You also reply to any inquiries on Yelp and create posts for our social media channels. As a team player, you direct electricians to work sites and keep in contact with them to receive updates on the status of the job. You also help motivate them to do their best. To make sure our technicians can start work once they arrive onsite, you prepare permits and make calls to vendors. After jobs are completed, you collect and deposit payments from customers.
Additionally, you assist with hiring electricians and preparing their meetings. To maintain an organized operation, you correctly file paperwork, keep our software updated with job information, and assist with replenishing our store shelves.
