Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Captain to join our G280 corporate flight department team. The individual must be flexible and willing to work in an on-demand, unscheduled FAR Part 91 flight operation and be located or willing to relocate within or around the Toledo, Ohio area. The pilot will be directly responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in a domestic and international capacity.
Responsible to work with the Aircraft Operations Team, Executive Assistants, and passengers to operate company aircraft and facilitate the safe and efficient travel of O-I Glass executives.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the assigned aircraft. Complies with all FAA, ICAO, local rules, regulations, company SOP’s and policies.
- Supervise the crewmember assigned to each flight.
- Coordinate with the Second-in-Command concerning all plans, schedules, flight preparations and weather information.
- Assume full responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft and maintain compliance with the terms of its Certificate of Airworthiness and operation limitations contained in the AFM.
- Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of all pertinent regulations, AFM, appropriate FAA publications, company policy and procedures.
- Responsible for the operation, safety and security of the passengers, aircraft and cargo.
- Ensuring that all operations and procedures include risk management mitigation specified in the SMS.
- Provide leadership and training to other flight crew members.
- Must be willing to relocate within 45 minutes of the KTOL airport.

Salary Range : The expected salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $190,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
