Job Description
Hourly Rate : $25.46
Schedule : 8 hour rotating shifts (includes working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
The Production Operator / Selector sets up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodges ware on straight line equipment, adjusts the flow of empty cartons on conveyors as required, and visually inspects ware and discards defective ware.
The Selector / Machine Operator will :
- Visually inspect ware and component parts and discards defective ware
- Occasionally reselect packed ware as instructed
- Clean area to meet food safety requirements
The Selector / Machine Operator should have :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Availability to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
