Flooring Sales Specialist

We are the longest (110 years) locally family-owned and operated flooring retailer, with the largest showroom in TX. From small tile backsplash projects to a complete carpet, vinyl or wood renovations; we strive to provide the best service, product knowledge & overall customer experience in the industry... and are looking for a flooring retail sales specialist who shares those same core values

Skills Required:

• A passion for, or experience with selling and design (FLOORING SALES REQUIRED)*
• Highly self-motivated (commissioned position), organized and personable
• ***RFMS experience a PLUS****
• Excellent oral, written and computer communication skills
• Professionalism: to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality
• Access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit customers’ homes for measures**
• A willingness to work through, and follow-up after, the completion of each job**
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships**
• Use industry literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
