Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Conducting precise product inspections to ensure they meet required standards.
- Employing measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers for dimensions and tolerances.
- Teaming up with engineers and production staff to address and correct quality discrepancies.
- Maintaining excellent documentation related to inspections and quality protocols.
- Participating in the development and revision of quality assurance practices.
- Keeping updated with the latest industry-specific standards, including AS9100.
- Using AutoCAD for quality-related documentation tasks.
The Qualifications We're Looking For
- Proven track record in quality inspections within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality management practices.
- Expert user of CAD, particularly AutoCAD software.
- Proficient in using calipers and micrometers for accurate readings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team player.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; further certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
