FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY: $20 - $21, depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
LOCATION: Hamilton, OH 45015, on-site
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90-days
Main Duties/Responsibilities
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor's legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Physical receiving and unpacking of all incoming goods/products.
- Stratix system receiving transactions
- Product/Material moving and storage including Stratix transactions
- Inventory Storage Maintenance
- Pull and stage product for machining
- Metals scrap coordination and maintenance including Stratix transactions
- Assist with cycle-counts
- Post-machining part cleaning
- Part inspections
- Visual
- CMM
- Faro
- Laser part marking
- Product Packaging
- Shipping functions including Stratix transactions
- Misc. consumable supplies management
- Customer program inventory management, delivery, and replenishment
