What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Editor/Reviewer (QC/QA) position at O'NEIL, CANNON, HOLLMAN, DEJONG & LAING S.C.?
Position Summary :
The Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC / QA) Analyst II will interface with our customer; review documents prior to submission; and review internal processes, documents, and forms prior to release. The QC / QA Analyst II will aid with the design of special procedures to maximize editorial quality and writer productivity. May work with internal / external personnel to determine QC plans.
What You'll Do :
- Review technical documentation and technical type materials for any grammar and spelling errors, making sure all work aligns with company standards.
- Ensure all client-bound materials meet customer requirements, company style guides, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Assist in internal and external ISO 9001 audits and help improve quality control processes. Not required but will train if you don't have experience!
- Support the development of procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams to interpret specifications and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures.
