What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Professionals position at O'Neil Landscape Design?
O'Neil Landscape Design is looking for new, driven individuals to join our family-owned small landscaping business.
Experience and formal education/training not necessary as we will train the right candidate for Garden Maintenance.
Applicants must possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn a wide range of skills.

Garden maintenance professional duties include but are not limited to:
- Ornamental pruning, fertilization, edging, mulching
- Plant identification
- Must have good communication and maintain a professional representative of our company
- Lawn Maintenance
- Mulch and plant bed maintenance
Landscape Construction professional duties include but are not limited to:
- Grading, drainage, retaining wall installation with modular wall, natural stone and veneer
- Flat work/ pavers, bluestone pattern and irregular
- Waterfall, lighting, planting experience is a plus!
- Hydraulics license or willingness to obtain
We encourage anyone who feels they would be a good fit to apply.
We usually work a 4-day work week Monday through Thursday with availability to make up for rain day or holidays on Friday. Possible overtime available if desired.
For part time, be available for Saturdays through November (leaf cleanup)
