Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with commercial clients to assess their insurance needs and provide professional advice.
Risk Assessment: Perform detailed risk assessments to develop comprehensive insurance plans tailored to client requirements.
Policy Management: Manage existing insurance policies, ensuring they meet client needs and compliance requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to secure the best terms for clients.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is a must.
Experience: two years business to business sales experience is preferred
Communication Skills: Outstanding abilities in written and verbal communication.
Customer-Oriented: A passion for providing high-quality service to clients.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and manage potential risks efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously in a team setting, demonstrating mutual respect and cooperation.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Ohio's insurance landscape is an advantage.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
