THE BASICS
Pay: Our Experienced Gardener – Horticulturist earns $23.00 - $27.00/hour.
Schedule: Working hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Crews meet at the shop at 6:30 am to prepare for the day and leave by 6:45 - 7:00.

YOUR DAY
As our Experienced Gardener – Horticulturist, you take excellent care of our clients' plants and prepare them for the season. Working with a talented team, you perform seasonal cleanups and tackle responsibilities like weeding, pruning, planting, and preparing garden beds. You use the proper techniques and leverage your identification skills to avoid damaging plants or hampering their growth as you complete your work.
Here's what you need to get started:
- 3 years of experience properly pruning, planting, prepping, weeding, and winterizing plant beds
- Plant identification skills
- Clean driving record
- Medical card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to work in a team environment
