Your Role
The Strategy Associate Manager, Amazon Marketplace will play an important role in one of O Positiv's high growth sales channels. This role will be responsible for important analytics and insight generation that will help O Positiv drive rapid profitable growth on Amazon. This position will lead many activities that play a critical role in performance management including forecasting, reporting, strategic analysis, promotions strategy, and new tool identification and testing. This role reports directly to the Amazon Strategy Senior Manager and will work cross-functionally with multiple teams at O Positiv. The ideal candidate will be analytical, structured, organized, self-motivated, an effective communicator, collaborative, and excited to be at the center of growth and operations for a rapidly growing sales channel.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Performance analysis : Analyze Amazon performance weekly and monthly vs forecast targets, identify root causes of outperformance / underperformance, and help generate ideas on how to continuously improve growth and efficiency performance
- Forecasting : Manage Amazon demand and financial forecasting to provide accurate projections for demand and O Positiv's Amazon P&L and coordinate with Finance to ensure this is in-line with overall and channel level targets
- Promotion strategy and analysis : Help determine O Positiv's promotional strategy on Amazon across various promotional types and times, analyze results, and set future promotion strategy and calendar based on continuous learning and improvement
- Internal Amazon leadership meetings : Developmaterials and insights for internal leadership performance review meetings based on zero defect and high-quality reporting and analysis that help drive insights and action
- Omnichannel promotional coordination : Engage with other O Positiv sales channel teams to ensure the promotional calendar, strategy, and other key initiatives are aligned cross-functionally and leverage / share learnings across channels
- Data dashboards : Provide high quality reporting and analytics in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team and help iterate on data dashboards to ensure that Amazon team has the highest-quality data and analytics available
- New tool identification : Explorenew tools, software, and capabilities and keep up to date on Amazon best practices to ensure continued discovery of new insights
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Structured and data-driven with ability to frame and solve complex problems individually and with others
Hours and Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $140,000. Compensation and title will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
