O'Quinn Insurance in Ormond Beach, Florida, is looking for a 2-20 licensed individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a full-time Remote-Hybrid Sales Representative. You will be responsible for sales-related activities, leveraging our extensive lead generation system and CRM to maximize your success. We provide leads to our sales staff and do not require cold calling. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and bonus. We provide leads to our sales staff and do not require cold calling. Our intuitive CRM software (InsuredMine) automates all follow up communication to leads leaving more time for the agent to focus on the call. We have virtual assistants for all of our sales staff that take care of post binding paperwork and other administrative duties. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options.
