We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Service Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading store team members, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders
- Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure
- Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and verifying/securing money/deposits
