Job Description:
The Parts Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, while also supporting store management in achieving assigned tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting them in selecting merchandise.
- Provide excellent phone service by answering calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
- Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Assist with daily tasks such as image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory management.
- Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after completing required training.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions effectively.
