At O'Reilly Auto Parts, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team.
This role requires the ability to drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution centers, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and maintained. You will also be responsible for picking up and signing for stock transfers at each stop on the designated route, delivering to the appropriate store.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution centers
- Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the designated route
- Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries and ensure fleet, fuel card, vehicle, and keys are secure
- Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management, projecting a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations
Requirements:
- Able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and possess good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations, with a driving record meeting the company's 14/18-point record system standards
