Job Description
As a Sales Floor Associate - Cash Handling and Inventory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also be involved in maintaining the store's inventory levels by stocking merchandise according to planograms and displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to the parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain the store's inventory levels by stocking merchandise according to planograms and displays.
- Make display changes according to company guidelines and maintain the store's visual appearance.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns as needed.
- Work closely with the manager to complete tasks and achieve store goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic math skills to process transactions accurately. Previous experience in a retail or cash handling environment is desirable but not required.
