Job Overview :
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in delivering parts and products to our valued customers. Your mission is to ensure safe and efficient delivery while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely delivery of parts and products.
- Utilize fleet management devices to process deliveries, obtain customer signatures, track mileage, and perform daily inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, completing required inspections before driving.
- Ensure the security of delivery vehicles, keys, payment methods, and handheld devices at all times.
- Collect customer returns and accurately fill out return slips.
- Act as a liaison between customers and store management to communicate any issues or needs.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager immediately.
- Maintain proper fuel levels and secure the vehicle at the end of each workday.
- Adhere to company clock-in / out procedures.
- Assist with additional duties including customer service, stocking, merchandising, and handling core returns when needed.
