Compensation Pay Range :
22.40 - $25.90

Job Overview :
Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in safely and efficiently managing inbound freight. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks and organizing merchandise within the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely transport incoming merchandise from trucks to the dock and then to designated stocking areas.
- Accurately stock all rack merchandise and organize surplus from various zones.
- Set down surplus for zones to ensure orders are filled and stock locations are replenished promptly.
- Execute miscellaneous tasks that require the operation of a forklift.
- Replenish outbound totes as necessary.
- Assist in the upkeep of mezzanine zones and overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere to safety standards while operating machinery, proactively identifying unsafe practices and situations.
- For experienced team members, take on a trainer role to guide new team members through the training process, ensuring all training is delivered on schedule and documentation is maintained.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
