In this role, you will ensure timely deliveries, manage customer returns, and maintain efficient communication with the store management.
Essential Job Functions :
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and products to customers.
- Utilize fleet management devices for delivery processing, capturing signatures, and updating vehicle information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical upkeep of delivery vehicles, conducting daily inspections before use.
- Secure all company assets including vehicles, keys, and collected funds at all times.
- Collect customer returns and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate any customer issues or special requests to store management promptly.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately to the store manager.
- Fuel vehicles as necessary and ensure they are locked and secure at the end of each day.
- Adhere to company policies for clocking in and out.
- Assist with additional duties as required, such as customer service, stocking shelves, and handling merchandise.
- Support customer interactions as needed, including cashier responsibilities and merchandising tasks.
