- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management initiatives to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications: To succeed as a Parts Specialist at O'Reilly Automotive, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
