Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant team members
- Supervise floor operations during meal periods to ensure exceptional guest interactions
- Ensure checklists, requisitions, and opening/closing tasks are completed per management guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the team through clear verbal and written instructions
- Observe and provide feedback for improvement when necessary
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on business demands
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Interact positively with guests and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness of all outlets
- Solicit guest feedback and submit daily reports
- Embrace company culture initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
Supportive Functions:
- Maintain equipment and report issues
- Support Food & Beverage operations, special projects, and promotions
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Utilize software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Hours:Scheduling may include nights, weekends, and holidays due to the nature of the business.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage/restaurant experience
- Management experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting capacity of 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and lift items of 40 pounds overhead
- May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds
Physical Activity:
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, typing, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
Inside work environment with protection from weather conditions. Occasional exposure to temperature changes.
