Essential Responsibilities:
- Greets guests upon entry, seats them, or adds them to a waiting list as needed.
- Provides guests with menus and answers initial questions.
- Assigns guests to tables considering table rotation for balanced service to servers.
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Responds to and resolves guest complaints.
- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and answers questions.
- Possesses adequate knowledge of the menu.
- Provides world-class guest service.
- Embraces O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours:
- Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. Requires significant walking or standing.
- May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.
Physical Activity:
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
