Now Hiring: Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.
- Collaborate on budgeting, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee cooking operations and enforce recipe adherence.
- Schedule equipment maintenance and manage inventory levels.
- Support team recognition programs and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in restaurant operations, including food prep, purchasing, and sanitation.
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.
Hours:
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
