Essential Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests promptly upon seating.
- Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and anticipate guests’ needs based on menu knowledge.
- Practice responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor liability laws.
- Take and enter guest drink and food orders into POS register.
- Lift and carry trays, serving food/drink items for guests and other servers’ guests.
- Attend to additional guest needs/requests.
- Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
- Present and receive payment for guests’ checks.
- Bus and reset tables, maintaining guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, garnish line, service bar, and common areas.
- Restock service station and garnish line, and perform general cleaning duties.

Hours:
- Sunday availability is required.
- Varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
- Must be of age to serve alcoholic beverages and able to obtain liquor card if state law requires.
Physical Requirements:
- Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
- May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.
Physical Activity:
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, picking/pinching with fingers, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
- Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
