As an Internet Sales Associate, you'll help potential customers navigate the car-buying process through online platforms, live chat, email, and phone. You'll be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing our online presence, ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers Online: Assist potential buyers via live chat, email, and phone to answer product-related inquiries and help close sales. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
- Manage Online Listings: Keep vehicle listings updated with accurate, detailed, and engaging content to showcase our inventory.
- Process Orders & Track Sales: Manage and process online orders, ensuring customer satisfaction through every stage of the sales process.
- Monitor Customer Feedback: Respond to reviews and feedback across online platforms to enhance our reputation and address any customer concerns.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work alongside marketing and product teams to develop strategies and promotional campaigns that drive online traffic and sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest vehicle features, industry trends, and financing options to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Customer Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
- Experience: Previous sales, customer service, or e-commerce experience required.
- Automotive Sales Experience: A background in automotive sales is a plus, or a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers online and over the phone.
