As an Internet Sales Associate, you'll help potential customers navigate the car-buying process through online platforms, live chat, email, and phone. You'll be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing our online presence, ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with Customers Online : Assist potential buyers via live chat, email, and phone to answer product-related inquiries and help close sales. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
- Manage Online Listings : Keep vehicle listings updated with accurate, detailed, and engaging content to showcase our inventory.
- Process Orders & Track Sales : Manage and process online orders, ensuring customer satisfaction through every stage of the sales process.
- Monitor Customer Feedback : Respond to reviews and feedback across online platforms to enhance our reputation and address any customer concerns.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams : Work alongside marketing and product teams to develop strategies and promotional campaigns that drive online traffic and sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest vehicle features, industry trends, and financing options to provide expert guidance to customers.
