Tuesday: 8am-8pm
Wednesday: 8am-8pm
Thursday: 8am-8pm
(OFF - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday)!!

Your Role:
- Be the communication bridge between patients and the doctor, ensuring they fully understand their treatment and the importance of it.
- Answer calls, emails, and patient texts promptly and professionally.
- Manage patient balances, coinsurance, and deposits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Document all patient interactions—both verbal and in-office—keeping records clear and up to date.
- Present financial options and schedule the next appointment to keep our patients on track.
- Follow up on treatment plans, clinical needs, and necessary approvals, including medical clearance and post-op care.
- Ensure all legal and clinical documents are accurate and compliant.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering the WOW factor to every patient, every time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for dentistry and a genuine love for helping others!
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental treatment coordinator role is preferred, but we’re happy to train.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer software, including all Google Documents, Google Sheets, Denticon, and all Insurance Websites.
- A solid understanding of dental insurance, waiting periods, and limitations.
- Problem-solving ability and a knack for organization.
- A vibrant, outgoing personality – this role requires someone who loves to interact with others!
- The ability to thoroughly explain treatment plans, financial options, and accounts to patients.
- Basic math skills and an eagerness to assist patients with their financial applications.
