What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Schools - Preschool Teacher / Lead Teacher position at O2B Kids?
O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama and Minnesota, with MANY locations on the horizon, including several locations in new states.
We have several schools that are expected to open in early 2025. Though, we have not begun to hire for these locations, we have had lots of interest, and wanted to enable anyone seeking employment at new centers, to place an application for consideration closer to the new year. This would not be for immediate employment, unless you are potentially applying for a location within close proximity to an exisiting location.
As it gets closer, we'll work towards scheduling an interview so that we can determine the best fit for you!

- Execute lesson plans and curriculum
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Complete required assessments and observations
